The time has finally arrived. The Countdown is over. The audiobook version of the first book in the Greenlight Boys series, The Pulse, is now available at most audiobook retailers.
It was a lot of wishing and dreaming I drew up the courage to hire the team I needed. I’d need a voiceover professional and a graphic designer with experience in book and audiobook covers. The audiobook cover was easy. I already had my graphic designer. He did my ebook and paperback covers when I launched the book. But I wasn’t done. I still needed my voiceover professional. I interviewed dozens of narrators, listened to samples of their work. Eventually, I found one. We worked to clarify the project, my wants, and my needs. Once the project was outlined, I gave him the full script and he’d send pieces for my review. He worked hard and we got to the final piece that you can listen to now.
I want to give a special thanks to my graphic designer, Ricardo Montaño Castro, and my voiceover professional, Randy Virden. I’m sure I’ll use them for future projects.
In the meantime, make sure you get your copy of the audiobook. You can get it on some of the audiobook retailers, listed below. You can also try to check your local library (YES, those things still exist). I’ve heard some people have checked it out already.
